About

Together,
we heal.

"Therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow."

Yisbet Miron is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges. For over seven years, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of clinical settings.

Her work supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges — as well as children, adolescents, and families facing behavioral concerns, family conflict, and communication issues.

As a bilingual therapist, Yisbet provides services in English and Spanish so clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural to them.

My approach

Compassionate.
Collaborative. Tailored.

I work closely with clients to explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — while helping them develop practical coping skills and healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and play-based interventions with children and adolescents. The work is trauma-informed, recognizing how past experiences shape emotional health, relationships, and daily functioning.

Together, we focus on building emotional regulation, strengthening communication, and increasing resilience — in a culturally responsive space where clients from diverse backgrounds feel comfortable and respected.

Your first session

What to expect.

The first session is a welcoming, non-judgmental space to share what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you have for treatment.

We'll talk about your personal history, relationships, and daily stressors, and begin building the trust and collaboration that meaningful progress depends on.

By the end of the session, we'll have a clearer understanding of your needs and the outline of a treatment plan tailored to help you develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward lasting positive change.
